cordova-ubuntu-tests software package provides Cordova Mobile Spec, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install cordova-ubuntu-tests
cordova-ubuntu-tests is installed in your system.
Make ensure the cordova-ubuntu-tests package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep cordova-ubuntu-tests *
You will get with cordova-ubuntu-tests package name, version, architecture and description in a table
